Job seeker account security
We are making changes to keep your RAMS job seeker account safer and your personal information more secure. From 4 September, here’s what you can expect when you log in or update your account.
- Human verification: You may be asked to complete a CAPTCHA when logging in to block automated bots.
- Stronger passwords: A new strength checker will help you create a secure password.
- Secure password recovery: Password reset links will be sent to your email so only you can change your password.
- Multi-factor authentication: You will need to confirm your identity in at least two ways, adding extra protection.
These updates will help prevent unauthorised access and protect your personal details.
